Abstract
In the age of raising healthcare expenditure, the efficiency of healthcare services has evidently become a top issue. This paper deals with the creation of performance related remuneration system for professionals witch would meet requirements for the efficiency and sustainable quality. In real world scenarios it is difficult to create an objective and transparent employee performance evaluation model having dealt with both qualitative and quantitative criteria. To achieve these goals, the usage of decision support methods is suggested and analyzed.
