The analysis of the factors, influencing the structure of asphalt concrete mixture

Abstract

Manufacture of asphalt concrete mixtures is a complex process, which influences the quality mixtures. In this work the basic technologic factors, rendering influence on the degree of conformity of asphalt concrete mix structure to the design of its structure and on its uniformity, are analyzed. It is proved that in asphalt mixing installations of periodic action it is necessary to raise the accuracy of proportioning of materials and to reduce the segregation of sorted hot fractions in compartments of the bunker.
