This article is about main goals of company – growth profitability and value optimization. These goals are closely interrelated. The main goal of companies’ should be management of right relation among these issues. There are different theories describing these issues. Every single of these issues can be expressed in measures. The main way, reaching these goals are investment, companies’ restructuring and merger.
