The influence of alkaline activator solution (AAS) molarity on the rheological properties, structure formation, and strength after firing at high temperatures of alkali-activated materials (AAM) based on chamotte and metakaolin mix was investigated. It is discovered that the viscosity of the AAM mixture is reduced when decreasing the molarity of AAS. The compressive strength of the samples improves by 2.4 times after hardening and by 2.8 times after firing at 1000 V, when the molarity of AAS is increased. The density of the samples after firing increases by 1.06 times (from 1509 kg/m3 to 1599 kg/m3), and the water absorption reduces from 15.0% to 13.5%, when the molarity of AAS is raised.
