Abstract
The lack of reliability of decisions made in an uncertain project environment poses risks to decision-making and, consequently, leads to unreliable decisions that have a negative impact on sustainable urban development. In addition, based on different objectives trade-offs need to be found between environmental, social, economic categories. The compromise between different objective functions must be found that can help the decision maker choosing a particular solution according to the requirements. Uncertain data defines the rationality modeling and decision-making of future projects and strategies. This problem is especially relevant if decisions are made by a group of people with different interests, goals and ideas. Models with exact values do not objectively describe possible options under such conditions. Multi-criteria decision models based on fuzzy logic needed for solving problems in such conditions. Such models allow to combine the opinions of different interest groups and help finding a more objective solution. The paper presents an approach that combines the multiple criteria analysis based of fuzzy numbers, BIM and GIS environments. The window view coefficient determined using BIM and GIS and included in the set of criteria. The proposed approach applied in multiple criteria analysis of rational building locations.
