Heliobiological and heliomedical investigation results showed, that Sun activity increase patients poor health with heart and vascular pathology. It is known that geomagnetic field variations increase heart and vascular diseases. As a rule the maximum number of sudden deaths because of myocardial infarction take place two days after geomagnetic disturbance and one day for cerebral thrombosis. So, during geomagnetic disturbance the frequency of sudden deaths because of heart and vascular diseases is increased 1,5 times and mounts to maximum in one or two days after geomagnetic disturbance. The geomatnetic disturbance can be controlled in an indirect way by hard cosmic rays flux (HCRF) variations. It is determined that heart and vascular diseases increase prediction in 5 days is possible by relative amplitudes (RA) of HCRF course. This method is required to find out the necessary criterion of HCRF data course tendency. Some criteria are suggested as the negative RA number during a certain time interval, RA of HCRF decrease or increase tendency, RA choice by various modulus and etc. Above mentioned criteria were used to calculate correlation coefficients between HCRF variation and diseases number in fives days. The wide range of absolute values of correlation coefficient is obtained. Conclusion of method efficiency requires more statistics.
