The article deals with the main defects of precast-cast-in-situ buildings, causes of cracking of walls and their local pressure under floor slabs. It is demonstrated how these defects are affected by vertical loading of walls and by tangential stresses, their distribution in vertical joints, induced by horizontal loads and deformations due to temperature. Assessment principles of deterioration‘s in load bearing structures of prefabricated-monolithic houses are discussed.
