Abstract
Business communication, negotiations and conversations, as well as human interaction in general, is based not only on transferred information, but also on how that information was presented and what voice nuances were used. Conscious or unconscious body signals that we send as we speak are important as well. As people engage in communication, their bodies send numerous messages-signs of body language.
