A multilayered piezo vibroimpactor (MPV) is applied to the measurement of the mechanical impedance in the local contact zone. MPV is made of piezoactive and piezopassive layers. They are combined and utilised as actuators and transducers. Resonance oscillations in one of the first modes of mechanical flexural vibrations are utilised in the Contact impedance measurements of polymers. A dynamic response received from the MVP is propontional to the Contact Impedance. MPV was modelled by FEM. Obtained results are well-fitted with experimental results received from the MPV.
