Abstract
Old enterprises are trying to compete with local and international competitors. In this article is discussed the ways how to present a well known Lithuanian products in new economical conditions. You must go through: 1. The story and the structure of enterprise. How many people making decisions; 2. People who work here. Are they well educated? It is easy to buy new equipment, but it is a problem to find people who will work with it. There are a lot of people who think they are good managers, but only a few of them really are. . 3. Market needs. How to do prime and secondary market research. 4. Product. Can you sell all your products? May be some of them are old or have too strong competitors. What is the market segmentation? Is the package good, is it enough information on it? Product price. What are good and what are bad features of your product? 5. Distribution. Do you need to build your own distribution net or to have a distributors you must decide yourself. Only one condition-products must be on the shelves all the time and in time. 6. Advertising. Better work with advertising agency then do the advertising yourself.
