The potentials of the use of instruments for the assessing of the business environment in the companies of the railways sector
Abstract
While assessing the business surroundings in the sector of transport large corporations often meet such issue as applying of particular instruments for assessing of business surroundings to the companies of the sector of transport. Aiming at adapting of the methods of competitive intelligence the businesss faces the problems of applying to specialists, who are competent in the sphere of use of these methods as well as particular instruments for assessing of information in the companies of the sector of transport. Due to the fact that business usually treats scientific investigative or scientific applied methods only as theoretical ones further use of modern instruments for assessing of business surroundings becomes difficult. However, it is necessary to remark that the scientists fro the USA are considered to be the most progressive in the field of using of methods of competitive intelligence as well as Russian scientists, who publish a lot of works connected with this issue. Whereas the experience of former employees of American secret services is considered to be the origin of the methods of competitive intelligence American business became its pioneer user.
