Mathematical distribution has been modelled on the basis of physical model of motor cars exhaust fine particles spread on high ways. Its relative range of probability density fits well the experiment data for carbon oxide, black carbon (soot), particles number concentration and mass concentration (R2=0.98; 0.99; 0.96 and 0.995 respectively). The relative precipitate amount has been found receding from the road. The latter proves the feasibility of the application of physical model. Moreover, it reveals opportunities for limitation of exhaust particles in the high way areas. Model’s physical precondition about dust cloud spreading shows that the same means of protection against pollutants can be used as for roadsides as for populated localities i.e. windproof trees or bush lines whose height should be maintained depending upon the distance from the road.
