Biologinė ir kultūrinė įvairovės: filosofiniai ir politiniai analogijos aspektai
Abstract
Straipsnyje nagrinėjama JT ir UNESCO dokumentų tekstuose pateikiama biologinės įvairovės ir kultūrinės įvairovės analogijos samprata, jos istorinės, politinės ir filosofinės prielaidos, trūkumai ir su jais susijusi rizika. Straipsnyje išryškinami minėtų įvairovių skirtumai, minėti tarptautiniai dokumentai pristatomi kaip tarptautinės biopolitikos ir kultūros politikos projektai, kuriuose taikomos teisinės priemonės galimai kelia riziką jų turiniui. The paper discusses the analogy between biological and cultural diversity as referred to in a number of documents issued by UN and UNESCO. The analysis contains an overview of the concept of this analogy, its historical, political, and philosophical presuppositions, its shortcomings and possible risks, associated with these shortcomings. The paper discusses differences between biological and cultural diversities, it presents the above mentioned documents as international projects of biopolitics and cultural politics. The paper issues a warning, that these projects share the same political and legal structure, which can compromise their positive content.
