Regional business risk informative system as a means for the regional sustainable development

Abstract

The main goal of EU regional policy is to make a reach for social and economical cohesion of countries. Under conditions of regional sustainable development the necessity to promote regions endeavour to increase competitiveness is becoming very important. In order to increase competitiveness of regions the best decisions are implementation of new technologies and formation of opportune environment for business and investment. This paper analyzes the fundamental principles of formation of a means designed for risk management – regional business risk informative system (REGBRIS) and presents its basic elements – risk structuring and regional business risk monitoring.
