Abstract

The causes of cracks in structural elements of Telšių central hospital are revealed. Method of underpinning using steel tube piles pored with concrete is described. Determination of required pushing force on piles taking into account negative skin friction is analysed. Checking carrying capacity of piles by static load test is presented.
