Review of risk assessment methods and the peculiarities of their application at construction sites
Abstract
On average, workers at constructionsites face double the chance of non-fatal accidents at work compared to workers from other EU sectors. The number of accidents and occupational illness cases is determined by exceptionally high risk faced by workers at construction sites. One of the methods used to reduce the number of accidents and occupational illness cases is risk assessment.
