Analysis and accuracy assessment of the constituents of the test bench for precision angular measurement arc presented. These constituents are the base rotation axis for rotation of the object to be measured, reading instruments, drive, datum table for object fastening, etc. Their accuracy requirements and influence on the accuracy of measurement is analyzed. Assessment of the accuracy requirements of measuring instruments and rotation parameters are given together with uncertainty and traceability of measurement.
