Kritiniai projektų sėkmės faktoriai
Abstract
In recent years it was suggested that in typical organizations as much as 50 percent of the work is done in a project format. Unfortunately, not all the projects reach a satisfactory conclusion. The article presents different opinions on the critical project success factors, which include a traditional cost-time-scope triangle, very acknowledged Pinto and Slevin's 10 factors research, and finally, project success mapping. It is emphasized that success must be measured not only in technical variables (attaining target dates, controlling the quality of the final product), but also in non-technical terms, such as client acceptance and satisfaction, supportive organizational environment, troubleshooting, efficiency ot project execution and so on.
