Gamybos valdymo problemų sprendimas taikant apribojimų teoriją

Abstract

Nagrinėjama Apribojimų teorija bei jos atsiradimo priežastys. Pristatomi pagrindiniai taikymo metodai. Siūloma gamybinėse įmonėse didesnį dėmesį kreipti marketingo ir operacijų funkcijų sąryšiui. Norint išvengti apribojimų gamyboje – prastovų, nekokybiškų gaminių taisymo, produkcijos pateikimo klientui vėlavimų-, siūloma sudarinėti gamybinius planus, kurie ne tik padėtų kontroliuoti gamybos veiklą, bet ir suteiktų galimybę analizuoti trumpalaikius pardavimus.

Article analyses the Theory of Constraints and its invention reasons. The Theory of Constraints (TOC) made new generation managerial concept as effective new managerial tools was urgently required to solve the intractable problems at that time. Everyday managers faced to new intractable problems TOC became popular managerial theory. TOC developed an effective technology for solving problems called the "Thinking Process". Author suggests paying attention into marketing and operations connection in manufacturing. Planning is suggested to avoid constraints in manufacturing such as out-age, correction of non-qualities production, production lag.
