Abstract
Darbe nagrinėjami projektinio valdymo principai atsižvelgiant į naujausius projektų valdymo aspektus. Aptariama galimybė projektinio valdymo principus pritaikyti verslo procesų reinžinerijojos valdyme, pateikiamas preliminarus verslo procesų reinžinerijos valdymo modelis. New methods of project management are developed every year and new associations are created to promote project management methods. Rapidly increasing global market and improving of technologies affects project management aspects. Project management conception is developed from construction projects, where projects were static and simple – clear goal, terms ant resources. But “new generation” project management distinguishes absolutely different aspects – complexity (difficulty and size), categorization and prioritization, flexibility. Business process reengineering (BPR) is tool for radical change of organization. The primary objective of reengineering is to achieve significant improvements in processes so that the contemporary customer requirements of quality, speed, innovation and services are met. BPR is a process and its need to be managed. In this article we propose project management principles as base in BPR management.
