However, many strategic responses of business companies fail to achieve the desired results, because business companies do not take into account how human resources must be integrated into the overall business strategy. The paper aims to contribute to the recent elaborations by focusing on methodological aspects of human resource management strategy development. The authors present the comprehensive analysis of various approaches toward human resource management and strategic management. The findings of paper are based on the questioning of Lithuanian telecommunication companies in order to reveal their attitude toward human resource management strategy development.
