This paper deals with the main application of mechatronic means for measuring equipment, namely, for comparator of flat angle accuracy calibration purposes including a new piezoelectric devices and drives, usually used in precision mechanics and instrumentation. Angle calibration means have been developed using mechatronic elements. Mechatronic arrangements for systematic error correction in mechatronic positioning systems and information-measuring systems are explained pointing out the main advantages of such systems applied for specific angle measurements.
