Buildings have tremendous impact on environment in all life cycle stages. It results to different problems and most significant influence on resource dissipation, biodiversity degradation (induced by extensive land exploitation) and human health. Building impact on environment can be significantly reduce. This is subject of Sustainable Building concept which yields to reduced consumption of energy and other resources during building materials production and building exploitation, and better production, exploitation and demolition waist management. Local resources implementation can solve most of above-mentioned problems. Clay and straw constructions are up to 3 times less expensive in comparison with traditional masonry and consumes 8 times less energy with virtually no production waist. In this work was determined that direct solar energy implementation for budding heating can save 28 to 54 kg pollutants per 1 m2 of glassing in dependence on auxiliary fuel type.
