Structural safety of concrete tower structures under wind loading
Santrauka
Structural safety analysis of concrete tower structures under wind gust loading can be based on the probabilistic reliability dynamic models. The method of limit transient action effect leads to simplification and greater accurancy of calculations and design of responsible structures of high reliability. This method is based on the well-known all over fact that the probability distribution laws of structural resistance of members and their action effects caused by permanent and long duration live loads differ essentialy from the laws of probability distribution of effects and long duration live loads differ essentially from the laws of probability distribution of effects caused by episodic reiterated and variable in time short actions such as wind gust pressures.
