Different e-Government solutions make it easy for small and medium enterprises to obtain information, knowledge and documents needed to conduct business abroad. Diverse international trade initiatives are designed to develop and deploy e-government-wide citizen customer service processes by using industry best practices and intelligent automation applications that will provide citizens with timely, as well as consistent responses to government information, knowledge and services. Expert, decision support and other intelligent systems can also play a critical role, in e-government and international trade decision situations. Current international trade automation systems are lacking in multiple criteria analysis possibilities. In this paper the authors will consider a Multiple Criteria Web-based International Trade Decision Support Systems (IT-DSS) as was developed by ther same authors and show how this system can be used for solving different international trade problems.
