CO2 lazerio spinduliutės detektavimas PbTe-Ni kontaktais

Abstract

We report on results of experimental study of photoresponse induced by CO2 laser light pulses in n-type and p-type lead telluride with Ni contacts. We show that in the case of ohmic contacts the detected signal originates from thermoemf due to induced crystal lattice temperature gradient.[....].
