Problems of the waste production and subsequent waste disposal are frequently discussed topics as well as searching for new possibilities leading to the minimalisation of the waste production and the maximalisation of its utilization. These were main reasons that were essential pulses that gave birth to this research. This paper deals with the possibility of utilization of the solidification/stabilisation process for developing a new recultivation material made of chosen type of the hazardous waste. Single parts of research works were both the laboratory and the practical verification of solidification/stabilisation on prototype of mobile solidification line that was built up for this reason. Secondary raw materials – such as classical and fluidized fly-ash – were verified as possible solidification/stabilisation binders – because their usage is attached to the maximalisation of economical and also environmental effect of the solidification/stabilisation process.
