AIRVIRO programos panaudojimas teršalų sklaidos atmosferoje tyrimui
Abstract
In order to be able to make decisions about what to do to improve air quality; or to understand how air quality will be affected d by changes in traffic or industrial activity, we must obtain, organise and integrate information about the /blowing: • Emission of pollutants to the atmosphere; • Meteorological conditions; • Processes affecting pollutant concentrations. When we talk about AIRVIRQ as an Air Quality Management System, we imply, that the system provides the user with effective ways of achieving the following: understanding the processes that affect air quality, basing decisions and measures on this understanding, monitoring the consequences of the measures taken. The different functions required in Air Quality Management are integrated in Airviro to provide an operating environment which is tailor made for this purpose Many id the routine tasks are performed automatically by the computer leaving tin user free to work with the available tools m order to perioral more comply lata analysis. AIRVIRO includes the following functional blocks. • emission surveying and modelling with the Emission Database (EDB). • dispersion surveying with the Dispersion module (Including The • data collection, analysis and presentation with the Indico package ilndico Presentation, Indico Real Time and Indico Admnistratration).
