Abstract
However, geoehemical investigations lag behind the planning, development and reclamation projects of urban areas, thus new dwelling houses are often built on hazardous contaminated sites. The present situation and future development of sustainable Property market will base with sources of long-term value and public goods. To make or not to make the loans by banks to companies that damage the environment will be an issue of the future. To reduce uncertainty for all players of Real estate sector need stable guidelines and social contracts about the future evolution of their industries. Calls for change in the social contract involve a degree of increasing role of valuer's companies.
