Многокритериальная оценка эффективности деятельности подразделений университета

Abstract

Performance efficiency of departments of a university is measured by the amplitude of activity of their employees in scientific, educational and social fields. Recently multicriteria methods became popular in evaluating efficiency of complicated social economical processes. As a basis of evaluation values of criteria, revealing efficiency of performance, and weights of the criteria are used. Evaluation of efficiency of departments of a university was carried out by three popular multicriteria methods SAW, TOPSIS and PROMETHEE.
