Neįgaliųjų socialinės izoiacijos problema: Lietuvos teritorijų ir miestų planavimo aspektas

Abstract

Article deals with the wide-scale territorial planning and the problems of disabled. Author is firm? believed that these problems are to be the necessary part of the spatial plans, no matter their level: state, regional, urban. He proves this opinion by revealing numerous data from urban-sociological research and by fragments from the chapter "life quality" of the master plan of Lithuanian territories. In the article there is a ??? about interrelationship between the life quality parameters and the number of disabled people in the local communities. Author suggests several ideas how to include apartments for the disabled in the industry programmes.
