In the study is represented the model of formation the competitive strategic decisions, which is based on the synthesis of the following elements: the assessment of competitions factors, the identifications of the competitive position and the composing of the set of competitive strategic decisions. This model encompasses the ability to react flexibly to dynamics of the environment and change in business conditions of a specific enterprise. The results of the study are valuable for solving the problem of forming competitive strategic decisions for the business enterprises.
