Abstract
Vibration of carriages has a diverse effect on passengers. It impairs their comfort and working capacity of the personnel. For this reason, it is necessary to assess the intensity of vibrations by taking into account its detrimental impact on people's wellbeing. Mechanical vibrations are suppressed applying technical-ergonomic means, but the most important element in this system is chassis suspensions. The article analyses the indicators of uniform passenger carriage motion, presented on the basis of the experimental results obtained following the established methodology. The experimental results are also complied with theoretical ones and conclusions are drawn.
