Multi-objective approach to grillage optimization with genetic algorithm
Abstract
The paper presents a technology for multi-objective optimization of grillage-type foundations with genetic algorithm. The shape of the objective function domain has been investigated for possibility to identify of all feasible Pareto-optimal solutions of the problem. Original program, written by FORTRAN programming language, is applied for numerical experiments. Results of numerical experiments are presented for the optimization of 10-pile and 15-pile grillages.
