In the present work we demonstrate that bacterial isolates Tx, Ux B9-1, B18-1, B18-2, B18-3, KB I, KB II produce killer factors against sensitive cells. The bacterial isolates were selected from spontaneous berries and fruits fermentations. The raw materials were gathered in Lithuania. The factors exibit high killer activity on the medium MB at pH 3.0 to 5.6 and temperature from 20 to 30 C. We educed that bacterial isolates grow poorly on the medium MB but produce maximal killer activity. Bacterial isolate Tx grows weakly on the medium YEPD in the streaks. For storage of bacterial isolates Tx and Ux were used malt agar.
