Abstract

Sparčiai didėjant informacijos srautams, auga darbo intensyvumas. Per vieną darbo valandą nekilnojamojo turto agentui reikia atlikti daug daugiau operacijų nei bet kada anksčiau. Tai didina nekilnojamojo turto agento profesinę riziką. Viena iš pernelyg mažai paliestų temų ir toliau išlieka nekilnojamojo turto agento profesinės rizikos vertinimas. Šiame straipsnyje nagrinėjama nekilnojamojo turto agento profesinės rizikos vertinimo darbo vietoje problema. Apžvelgiama darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos būklė bei darbų saugos organizavimas Lietuvoje. Aptariami nekilnojamojo turto agento darbo vietoje galintys veikti kenksmingi veiksniai. Straipsnio autoriai siūlo nekilnojamojo turto agento veiklos organizavimo modelį, kuris galėtų padėti sumažinti nekilnojamojo turto agento veiklos profesinę riziką ir su sveikatos gydymu susijusias išlaidas.

The intensity of workload is growing rapidly with the growth of information flows. During one working hour real estate agent has to make much more tasks than ever before. This causes an increase in occupational risk of real estate agent. Evaluation of occupational risk remains one of less analyzed fields. I this article the problem of real estate agent’s occupational risk at work is analyzed. Worker’s conditions of safety and health and organization of work safety in Lithuania is surveyed. Potentially harmful factors in real estate agent’s workplace are analyzed. The authors of this article suggest real estate agent’s activity organization model, which might help to reduce real estate agent’s occupational risk and expenses related with health treating.
