Abstract
The European Union is steadily tightening requirements on the energy performance of buildings. This enforces to take new measures to improve the indicators of energy both of existing and newly constructed buildings. Therefore, this article discusses the changes of energy efficiency and annual energy consumption in the office building due to different passive energy saving measures: different heat - optical properties of the glazing, various shading devices. In this article the actual energy efficiency of the object has been established and the best energy-saving measures to achieve the best indicators of energy have been presented.
