The majority of countries, as well as in Lithuania, ever greater attention is given to the road pavement condition assessment. The rapid growth of motorization and constantly growing traffic causes more problems ensuring the road pavement condition of the qualitative indicators. The structural condition of the road pavement is not adapted to cope with the very significant increase in heavy weight traffic and their axle load, so recently the road pavement is experiencing excessive disruption effects even, when in the flow of the cars is a quite small number of heavy weight vehicles. The need for research, which assess the condition of the roads encourage the scientists to search for durable road construction materials and mixes, while the engineers are exhorted for the newest and advanced technologies. To that end, the Experimental road structures section of Lithuania roads was equipped to expand the experimental investigations of separate pavement structural layers under the real conditions. In the article are presented results from test road section located in settlement near Vilnius after passed 230 000 ESAL’s calculated to 100 kN.
