A modified expression of the results of measurement data is presented. It is relevant to the measurements carried out on multivalued objects by assessing systematic and random errors as usual and including the information entropy of measurement. A new approach to the expression of the results of measurement carried out is presented in the article. The quantity of measurement information that was evaluated from the total accessible information is to be indicated in the expression of the reult. Some ideas to include the sampling procedure into the equation for the measurand are analysed.
