Abstract
Investigation of the automatic gravimeters Scintrex CG-5 based on the laboratory observations and analysis of the field gravimetric measurements made during development of the Lithuanian gravimetric network is presented. The Lithuanian gravimetric network consists of 635 points. Three absolute gravity points and 48 points of the first order gravimetric network were used as the reference points. On the base of the some basic measurements the linear scale coefficients of the gravimeters were estimated. Investigations of the gravimeter drifts of the gravimeters were carried out also. The accuracy of the gravimetric measurements based on double differences and received from the adjustment procedures was evaluated.
