Virtual time norms and new vista of calendar planes simulation

Quick changes of building materials and technologies makes influences in process of calendar planning of civil engineering companies. The methodology presented in the article is based on the simulation of technological process. This paper presents new method for simulation different combinations and sequences of works included in work programme. The methodology of virtual time norm evaluation allows determining the time norm of repetitive technological processes with a defined probability without any additional measurement of time. When more information about the duration of complex technological process duration is gathered, the methodology lets to make the additional correction of separate process time norm, also increasing the reliability of the revised (virtual) time norm. The methodology lets to reduce the number of technological process duration measurements, promptly evaluate the objective changes of the time norm, occurred because of the new technologies, new equipment and skills of workers. Furthermore, this methodology allows evaluation of repetition effect influence to the duration of technological processes.
