Internationalization of economics, international integration, technological innovations, various cultural changes as well as the other processes of globalization proceeding in the world have altered the relationship among the enterprises, have shaped them and added new features and aspects enriching them. Business partnership in the sphere of international economics turned to become a significant phenomenon due to globalization itself. Recently, international partnership is considered as a strategic business partner, because it and all the factors related with it, tend to open new and various additional business challenges and possibilities for the companies. It is considered to be a new challenge in the international business area and so far has not been extensively analysed through the various layers and sections that is why its analysis under the selected aspect has to enrich the theory of the science. The material analysed deals with the partnership and could be useful for the enterprises, which are developing international business. International partnership origin as the phenomenon is dual and it does not ensure the best results by itself. Firstly, there might exist among the partners the relationship of synergy allowing to achieve positive results in the field of international business or there might appear no result at all or cause the result of a loss, because the relationship has simply been unsuccessful. Therefore, it is necessary to find out when, how and what factors of partnership positively influence international business, what factors could be critical and determine the failure of the enterprise in the field of international communication.
