This work intended to describe the structural re-sistance tests of a paint bullet shot device (in short "PBSD") based on potassium perchlorate combustion explosive fluid flow. The current research includes theoretical and experimental results. The results of the PBSD shot dynamics obtained during experimental studies allow theoretical estimation of the device structural resistance. The purpose of this investigation is to determine the dynamic characteristics of the newly designed structure based on the explosive combustion products fluid flow of the PBSD and perform theoretical studies to assess the resistance properties of the device. An experimental analysis of the PBSD based explosion imitation construction carried out in polygon where the test bench was designed. The results should help optimize the PBSD systems by assessing their reliability.
