Mathematical study of the optomechatronic device

Abstract

The device for measuring transversal displacements operating of the phase principle is investigated mathematically. Obtained formulae during the investigation allow estimating the range of movement along the axis z, in which the device gives the right result of measuring of the displacement. On the base of analyzes results optomechatronic device was created.
