Lietuvių teatro avangardas: ankstyvieji mėginimai
Abstract
In this article, the theatre researchers Asta Petrikienė and Martynas Petrikas analyse the creative work of the national avant-garde theatre company Werewolt, which was active in the 1920s in Kaunas. The authors argue that the strategies the company developed and employed on organisational, creative and aesthetic levels can be regarded as an attempt to creative a dissensus (Ranciere), in order to improve the state of Lithuanian society.
