Calculation of characteristic of the single-phase collector motors
Santrauka
The article presents calculation results of basic characteristics of the single-phase consequent excitation collector motors. The single-phase small power collector motors are widely used in different vacuum cleaners, electric tools, drives of household, electrical, medical and hygienic equipments. However, the principal defect of those motors is worse commutation with sparking between brushes and the collector, and high enough level of radio interferences on wide frequency range. The process of non-linear current communication take place in their armature windings due to unbalanced (not compensation) electromotive forces. These phenomena are treated as non-stationary processes in an electromechanical power converters (EMC) theory. Calculation results of characteristics help to find constructive means which reduce transverse magnetic flux and intensity of the radio interferences.
