Diagnostics of functioning of the hydrodynamic tilting-pad journal bearing

Abstract

The problem of quality diagnostic of rotors systems with hydrodynamics tilting pod -journal hearings is analyzed in paper. The dependence of eccentricity change of rotor rotation axle from size of clearance between journal and hearing and sizes of errors subject from type of transducers that are using in diagnostically measurements is shown there. Principled scheme of researches system and photograph, in which we can see the object of research, measures and its layout are presenting in this work. Graphs the results of diagnostically measurements are presenting.
