Abstract
On the base of fuel energetic balance over the world, oil and its products take the first place. Certain amount of oil products while exploring transporting, processing and using it get into the environment (soil, water) as pollutant. Removal of oil and its products from soil and water demands long term and economic expenditure. Effective oil pollutants cleaning system is functioning in the environment and it consist of microorganisms degrading hydrocarbon. Some tribes of bacteria and micromicet depend to them. These microorganisms are wide specialization. They can consume not only oil hydrocarbons but also organic matter existing in water and soil. Therefore creation of effective bio preparations, detection of working principals, their suitability for certain substrate remains as an actual problem.
