Abstract
There exist a series of engineering techniques reported for example in fl, 2] for calculation of load distribution thread turns in tension nut-bolt connection where turns have uniform geometry on the whole length of turns «, d are deformed elastically. For the same connection spreading of plastic deformations on the turns at the ends ^tion was investigated in f3j. However it is well known that at the ends of a real thread connection run-outs : - turns which have partly engagement. Analysis of its influence is very useful especially for coarse pitch i because run-outs regions take up almost one third of whole length of the turns contact. this work distribution of load and local stresses between thread turns in tension nut- bolt connection is v/ estimating of elastic-plastic deformation of fully and partly engaged turns.
