Darbuotojų dalyvavimo įmonės veikloje skatinimo tyrimas

Abstract

Straipsnyje pateikta darbuotojų skatinimo tyrimo pramonės įmonėje apžvalga, gauti darbuotojų darbo sąlygų tinkamumo, jų pasitenkinimo darbu bei potencialaus tobulėjimo įmonėje tyrimo rezultatai pavaizduoti grafiškai. Šiam tyrimui iškelti tikslai ir parinkta tyrimo metodologija. Tyrimas atliktas apklausos būdu (anketa, interviu). Straipsnio pabaigoje pateiktos tyrimo išvados darbuotojų motyvams gerinti.

The article is meant to make a study of employess incentive. Influence of main factors (qualification, career and work conditions) on company employees incentive and difficulties concerning these factors are examined. More over the article is meant to evaluate employees perfection from two positions. The main positions are: of company leaders and the over one of company employees. The main thing what should the company leaders do is to create motivation systems that can be used in employees incentive and the systems of employees motivation. It should be one of the best way to solve the employees incentive problem at company.
